Airplay and Exposure Agreement for Queer HD TV and Queer HD Radio

This agreement outlines the terms between the musician, artist, vocalist, musical group, record label, or an agent acting on their behalf (hereinafter referred to as “you”), and Queer HD TV and Queer HD Radio, owned and operated by the non-profit national Spanish association QUEER MEDIA (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates”).

Synopsis of the “Airplay for Exposure” Agreement

By submitting your music, you confirm that you own the rights, publishing rights, and copyright to all music submitted. The music must be your original composition; no cover songs are allowed.

If your music is selected for airplay, Queer HD TV and Queer HD Radio, under the ownership of QUEER MEDIA, will broadcast your music without any expectation of monetary compensation, in exchange for the exposure of your work to a broader audience.

Terms and Conditions:

Ownership and Rights: You confirm that you hold the copyright and publishing rights for all submitted music. If there is any change in the ownership or rights, you must notify the Affiliates. Should any dispute arise regarding ownership, you agree to cover all legal fees incurred by the Affiliates.
Airplay and Exposure: Queer HD TV and Queer HD Radio will consider your music for broadcast but do not guarantee airplay. The intent of this agreement is to grant permission to use your music on our platforms, and in return, you acknowledge that the exposure of your music is fair compensation.
Submission Format: You agree to provide your music in MP3 or WAV format for audio submissions, and MP4, MOV, or AVI format for video submissions. All submissions are subject to the discretion of the Affiliates. Acceptance of your music or video does not guarantee airplay, and the decision cannot be legally challenged.
No Financial Compensation: By submitting your music, you acknowledge that no financial compensation, trade, or merchandise will be provided for the broadcast or promotion of your music or video content.
Ownership of Queer HD: You acknowledge that the rights to Queer HD TV and Queer HD Radio are fully owned by the non-profit national Spanish association QUEER MEDIA, which operates these platforms.
Automatic Renewal: This agreement will automatically renew annually unless either party provides written notice of termination at least ninety days prior to the renewal date.
Binding Agreement: By submitting this agreement and your music or video, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Queer HD TV and Queer HD Radio, their Affiliates, and any associated platforms.
